Flooded Peat Road What first attracted me to this scene whilst out for a walk in Glen Tolsta was the vibrancy of colour. The flooded track reflected and shimmered a deep shade of blue whilst the surrounding moor resonated in wonderful shades of Autmn. In the far distance in this simple composition is Broad Bay and Point, leading on to the Minch. The sense of space and emptiness appealed to me, especially that day. Save three seagulls the solitude was wonderful. ask about buying: a print view: map location | nearby pictures |
