Brue is a mile-and-a-half long village overlooking Barvas on the West Side of Lewis. A Winter sunset, the little cottage looked very inviting as I shivered outside. Often Winter sunsets on Lewis are spectacular. This was no exception. This little cottage has since been extended making it more comfortable & larger for its dwellers. It is situated on Loch Street, gateway to the extensive Barvas machair & the Atlantic ocean.
